An Outreach counsellor meets with you to help prevent future abuse, provide you with tools for healthy relationships and make positive changes in your life. They can also talk to you about things such as self-esteem, understanding types of abuse, anger, self-care, effects of abuse on children, stress management, and positive conflict resolution.
